motherboard lights up but no power

Hello, I just put together a new computer, pretty much every part of it was brand new. The keyboard and mouse don't receive power. Check the graphic card. Pushing the power button does nothing. No post, no power, no fans, no boot, nothing. (I thought success) But when I went to push the power button, nothing happened. So, my PC was working fine a few days ago until now, I have a dead motherboard??? Here's my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 1700; ASUS Prime X370-Pro; Gainward â¦ 4.
