Applications must clearly show that projects fits in with one or both of their overarching themes of Rural Issues (areas with less than 10,000 inhabitants and within the most deprived 50% of the latest Index of Multiple Deprivation) and Urban Deprivation (areas with a population of more than 10,000 and ranked within the most deprived 20% of the Index of Multiple Deprivation).
